If you get an error while applying coupon code, refresh the page, re-enter the code, or revisit the cart page. Promo codes are typically for one-time use and don't always apply seamlessly.
On Desktop/Laptop
1. On final checkout page click on "Use a gift card, voucher, or promo code" [Reference image]
2. Scroll down to the section below your stored payment options - "Enter a gift card, voucher or promotional code" [Reference image]
3. Enter your code, and press Apply. It may show an error which could be ignored. [Reference image]
4. Click on "Use this payment method" to see if you got the discount.
On Mobile
1. On final checkout page click on "Use a gift card, voucher, or promo code" [Reference image]
2. On the next page, towards bottom, toggle the switch for "Add a gift card, promo code, or voucher" [Reference image]
3. "Enter Code" field will appear now. [Reference image]
4. Enter you coupon and be sure to click on little arrow on the right side of the coupon field. This is when the coupon will actually apply. [Reference image]
5. Now click on "Continue"
Note that many users make the mistake of entering the coupon and clicking on "Continue" without clicking on the little arrow. That will NOT apply the coupon.
