1. Who we are and what this policy covers
eDealinfo.com ("eDealinfo," "we," "us") is a deals website and set of mobile apps owned by eDealinfo USA Inc. We share information about products, services, and offers from U.S. merchants. We do not sell any products or services ourselves. When you click a deal, you go to the merchant's own website and place your order directly with that merchant. The merchant provides the product or service and has its own privacy policy, which is separate from this one. eDealinfo USA Inc. is not involved in, or responsible for, your purchase from a merchant.
This policy explains what information we collect on eDealinfo.com and in our apps, how we use it, who it may be shared with, and the choices you have. By using our website or apps, you agree to this policy.
2. Our privacy promises in short
- We collect only what we need to run the site, send the alerts you ask for, and respond to you.
- We never sell or share your email address with advertisers or any other third party for their own use.
- If you post a review, your name and review may be displayed publicly (your name is hidden if you choose to post anonymously). Your email address is never displayed.
- We do not collect your personal details through our mobile apps beyond a device token used for push notifications.
- You can stop deal alerts, or ask us to remove your review, at any time (see Section 10 and Section 13).
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us

We use your email address to provide the features above and to correspond with you. We use your name to identify you, to correspond with you, and, where you post a review, to display it with your content.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website or use our apps, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, a unique device identifier, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the service working, improve it, measure advertising, and prevent fraud and abuse. See Section 7 for cookies.
3.3 Mobile apps
Our Android and iOS apps use a push-notification service. For this, we receive only a unique token for your device so we can send alerts such as new hot deals. We do not collect other personal details through our apps. The app stores (Google and Apple) may also collect and store data under their own policies.
4. Customer reviews
We invite users to post reviews about eDealinfo.com. Please read the points below before you submit one.
- Public display. By submitting a review, you agree that your name, rating, and review may be displayed publicly on our website and apps, and may be featured on our social media channels or in our marketing. If you choose to post anonymously, your name will not be shown.
- Your email address stays private. We use it only to contact you about your review. We will never sell or share it.
- Posting anonymously. If you tick the anonymous box, we show your review under a generic label instead of your name. We still keep your name and email privately, so we can moderate reviews and respond to your requests.
- Moderation. New reviews are held for approval. We may approve, reject, or remove a review that is spam, abusive, unlawful, or off-topic, and may correct spelling or formatting without changing your meaning.
- Who may post. Reviews may be submitted only by users 18 years of age or older, and only about your own genuine experience. Do not post anyone else's personal information.
- Spam protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to block automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Search engines. Anything you post publicly can be collected, copied, and indexed by search engines and other third parties. We cannot control how they store or use public content, even if we later remove it from our site.
- Removal. You can ask us to remove or anonymize your review at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will act on your request within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.
5. How we use information
- To operate the website and apps, and to provide the features you request (alerts and reviews).
- To respond to your messages and requests.
- To send the deal alerts you have signed up for.
- To analyze usage, fix problems, and improve our content and services.
- To show and measure advertising (which helps fund the site), and to track affiliate referrals to merchants.
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and security threats, and to enforce our terms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We will not use your data in ways that have unjustified adverse effects on you.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own use. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers that help us run the site and apps, such as hosting, email delivery, security (including Cloudflare), analytics, and messaging services. They may handle your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising, analytics, and affiliate partners that place cookies or similar technologies on our site, as described in Sections 7 and 8. These collect technical data (such as IP address and click activity), not your email address from our forms.
- Public content. Your name (unless you choose to post anonymously) and the content of the reviews you choose to post are visible to anyone. If you join our WhatsApp community for deal alerts, your phone number is visible only to our community administrators and not to other members.
- Legal and safety reasons, if we are required to do so by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of eDealinfo, our users, or others.
- Business changes, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the information would remain subject to this policy or a notice of change.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. We use these types:

9. Merchants, links to other websites, and affiliate disclosure
Our site contains links to merchants and other websites. We use third-party ad servers to bring you offers. When you visit our site, these companies may collect information such as your domain type, IP address, and click stream. Some of our promotions are designed to pass your click to the merchant's page. eDealinfo is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites, and you should review their policies before giving them personal data.
Affiliate disclosure: eDealinfo.com may earn a commission when you click certain affiliate links, and in some cases when you make a purchase through them. This does not increase the price you pay.
Advertising disclosure: We also earn revenue from advertising, such as Google Ads and other ad networks, which may pay us when ads are displayed or clicked.
Prices and shipping: Prices, promo codes, and shipping information shown were accurate at the time of publication and can change or expire at any time. Shipping costs, delivery times, and availability may vary by location, and taxes may apply. Please check the merchant's website for the final price and shipping details before you buy.
10. WhatsApp and Telegram deal alerts
If you choose to receive deal alerts on WhatsApp, you join our WhatsApp community, which we use to send information about hot deals and site updates. Your phone number is visible only to our community administrators, and not to other members. Telegram alerts are delivered through a Telegram group or channel and are subject to Telegram's own policies. Joining is always your choice, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their own use.
How to stop receiving alerts
- Telegram: leave the Telegram group or channel.
- WhatsApp: leave the WhatsApp community and remove our number from your contacts.
11. How long we keep information

We may keep limited information longer if the law requires it, or if we need it to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.
12. Security
We use reasonable procedures to protect your information and to prevent unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information you send to our website or apps, and any transmission is at your own risk.
13. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Stop deal alerts at any time (Section 10).
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to remove or anonymize a review you posted.
- Control cookies through your browser and the opt-out options in Section 7.
To make a request, email [email protected] or use our Contact Us page. We may need to verify your identity first, for example by confirming the email address you used. We will respond within 45 days, and let you know if we need more time. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
U.S. state privacy rights. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state law, such as the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising. As described in Section 6, we do not sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own use. You may exercise any of these rights using the contact details above, and you can authorize an agent to make a request for you.
14. Children
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it. Users under 18 should get a parent's or guardian's permission before submitting any information to eDealinfo, and, as stated in Section 4, reviews may be submitted only by users who are 18 or older. We do not monitor the age of our audience.
15. Visitors from outside the United States
eDealinfo.com is operated from the United States. If you use our website or apps from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you understand and agree to this transfer.
16. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a significant change, such as how we use your personal information, we will give a more prominent notice, for example a notice on the site or in our apps. Please check this page regularly. Using our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
